Jordsol is an ongoing participatory project in which I invite to clay-workshops followed by a communal pitfire in a dug circular hole in the ground in Hammerhagen. In the Summer we made vessels to drink from with local blue- and store-bought clay, and then fired them with ceramacists Lillann Ulverud and Anja Borgersrud later in the Fall. The project seeks to connect and re-connect people with the ground and each other through tactile experiences with clay and fire. In the continuation Jordsol is sourcing local clay and processing it together with participants from MAI-senteret in Lørenskog.
